Make the Mean Face

This social media campaign was created to raise awareness for colon cancer in a bold and shareable way. Centered around the call to “Make the Mean Face,” the campaign invited people to post selfies showing their fiercest expressions to help “scare colon cancer for good.” By combining playful hand-drawn visuals, approachable messaging, and a clear social challenge to take, share, nominate, and donate, the campaign turned a serious health issue into a movement powered by community participation and emotional connection.
